We require a subscription to our Telephone Support Service (min. 1 month) be purchased for the initial setup of your domain. If after the first month, you want us to continue to manage your domain and email; you must be subscribed to our Telephone Support Service whenever you need us to make modifications to your domain or email. Remember, once your domain and hosting are set up, they belong to you. If at any time you wish to discontinue your Telephone Support, you will be provided with all information needed to access your domain and hosting without our assistance.

When we establish a web presence for you, your only cost is labor. When we register your domain and acquire hosting, your cost will be what we paid. We do not mark up for profit and are only interested in marketing services. The customer would be provided with a copy of the receipt obtained from the vender and our total invoice would reflect the amount shown on the receipt.
